All inclusive packages
Ok, so we went on vacation and ended up buying into the "palace premier" membership at cancun palace. We were lured in by non stop free drinks, a fantastic view and service that is only dreamed about. So after much drinking and promises of "almost owning the hotel", we signed the contract which now sober is incomprehensible and $20,000 later we are at a loss as to how to get out money back. Now through much surfing the standard travelocity, expedia, etc., I have come to find out it would have been much cheaper to purchase "all inclusive" packages with airfare included directly from these travel sites. Anyone out there know how we can get our money back, or our we literally screwed? When in paradise, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, as we have come to find out a lot of the things the "salesman" assured us were included, ARE NOT. And I have a sense that there is not much we can do about that. And do not say "read the fine print", because if you were to see the contract, you couldn't figure it out either.
